How Can I Buy Tickets for the Shows?


Terms and conditions of sale.

1. Tickets cannot be refunded except on the cancellation or substantial alteration of the performance. 

2. Tickets are sold subject to the latest guidelines from government on socially distanced seating. It is possible that as the guidance gets updated that audience members who have booked socially distanced seating may be sat next to or near other people. If you have concerns please contact us direct.

3. Tickets are sold subject to Acting Up’s right to make any alterations to the programme or cast. A change of cast, lead role or soloist shall not constitute a substantial alteration and will not lead to tickets being refunded.

4. If the performance or event has to be interrupted or abandoned no money will be refunded if more than half of the performance or event has taken place.

5. Acting Up reserves the right to refuse admission to the Theatre. In particular, we ask our visitors to treat our staff, our performers and other visitors with kindness and respect. Anyone who does not uphold our values may be denied entry, asked to leave or denied future entry to the Theatre.

6. Latecomers will not be admitted to the Theatre unless there is a suitable break or interval.

7.  Children aged 4–14 must have their own ticket and must be seated next to an accompanying adult. Children aged 0–3 will not be admitted to the auditoriums unless otherwise advertised.

8.  The use of cameras and recording equipment is strictly forbidden during performances.

9. Ticket holders acknowledge that Acting Up may record (video and/or audio record throughout the performance.

Accountability for performance is delegated to the Committee who are responsible for promoting and monitoring standards of safeguarding and ensuring high quality professional development and staff wellbeing.

The Acting Up Teaching Team are responsible for the performance of the education, personal development, wellbeing and safety of children during performances.
